Home prices decreased in Wyoming during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Wyoming fell by $49,950 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 11.5% decrease over the $434,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Wyoming in February 2021.
