Median home prices in Symmes Township fell to $385,950 in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Symmes Township fell by $63,050 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,950 - a 14% decrease over the $449,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Symmes Township in February 2021.
