Northbrook median home prices rose by 358.2% in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Northbrook rose by $349,250 while total sales decreased by 56.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $446,750 - a 358.2% increase over the $97,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Northbrook in February 2021.
