Indian Hill home prices fell in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Indian Hill fell by $943,429 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $728,071 - a 56.4% decrease over the $1,671,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Indian Hill in February 2021, as well.
