February 2022: Home prices in Terrace Park increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Terrace Park rose by $114,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $879,000 - a 14.9% increase over the $765,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Terrace Park in February 2021.
