On March 9, Diane Frazier purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 684 Converse Drive, Forest Park from Donovan Washington and Harris Alesha for $300,000.

The last time this home sold was Nov. 13, 2003. It last sold for $142,500.

So far in March 2022, 12 properties sold in Forest Park.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Donovan Washington has been registered to vote since 1995.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 684 Converse Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Donovan Washington, 52, and Alesha Marie Washington, 55.
