Pricing for the median home in Anderson Township decreased during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Anderson Township fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 37.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $309,500 - a 0.2 percent decrease from the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Anderson Township in April 2021.
