The truth behind the tasty treat:

Strawberries are full of nutrients and low in calories, making them an optimal snack choice. Strawberries are mostly made of water, but they can still pack a punch! They contain high amounts of vitamin C and Potassium, both important in keeping you healthy. Strawberries are also one of the best sources of phenolic antioxidants, this certain kind of antioxidants has many health benefits including fighting bacteria.
