REALTOR Alliance announces winners at 2024 Circle of Excellence Awards

The REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC) recently held its 2024 Circle of Excellence Awards Luncheon to honor top real estate professionals. The event celebrates REALTORS and affiliates for their commitment, professionalism, and success in the industry.

Key honorees included Michelle Billings from Coldwell Banker Realty as REALTOR of the Year, Shelbey Loudin from Sibcy Cline as Manager of the Year, Sandra Butler also from Sibcy Cline receiving the Lifetime Achievement Award, Jean Raga from eXp Realty with the Good Neighbor Award, Devan Sergent from Bowling & Kugler Realty with the Young Professionals Network Rising Star Award, and Daniel Ziegler from Next Door Photos as Affiliate of the Year.

Top performers in individual and team categories were recognized as well. Julie Back from Sibcy Cline was named Top Individual Agent. Southern Ohio Properties' Mike Murtland & Tyler McConnell from Comey & Shepherd were awarded Top Small Team. Team Bush of ERA Real Solutions Realty received recognition as Top Medium Team, while Oyler Hines from Coldwell Banker Realty was acknowledged as Top Large Team.

In total, over 600 individuals and teams were honored at this year's event, including first-time recipients and those achieving inclusion in the 2024 Circle of Excellence Awards.

DaVan Gassett, 2025 President of RAGC stated: “The real estate professionals recognized today represent the highest level of dedication, expertise, and service in our industry.” He added that their achievements significantly contribute to both professional success and community welfare in Greater Cincinnati.

The event was supported by sponsors including CELL Property Management LLC, Design to Market, Cohen Mortgage among others. Special thanks were extended to these organizations for making the ceremony possible.
