The REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati is joining forces with the Toys for Tots campaign this holiday season. The initiative, running from November 1 to December 9, 2024, aims to collect and distribute new, unwrapped toys to children in need across the region.

Greater Cincinnati sees growth in home sales and prices
Home sales and median prices in the Greater Cincinnati area saw an increase in September 2024 compared to the same month last year, according to the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati. In Butler, Hamilton, and Warren counties, home sales reached 1,492, marking a 3.1% rise from the previous year's figure of 1,304 sales. The median sales price climbed to $302,000 from $279,000 in September 2023.

RAGC renews partnership with Greater Cincinnati Realtist Association through 2026
The REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC) and the Greater Cincinnati Realtist Association have renewed their partnership, committing to goals that include creating an inclusive environment for REALTORS® and Realtists, fostering a strong partnership between the groups, and educating members on discriminatory and Fair Housing issues. The agreement, signed on October 18, extends the collaboration through 2026.

REALTOR® Alliance announces new board members for 2025-2027
The REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC) has announced the election of its new Board of Directors for the 2025-2027 term. The board members, who will begin their roles in January 2025, are Kevin Hildebrand from eXp Realty, Tim Roberts from Comey & Shepherd, Marie Simon from Sibcy Cline, Inc., and Carolyn Wedding from RE/MAX Alliance Realty.
