What happened to the median home price in Indian Hill during May?

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Indian Hill rose by $370,000 while total sales decreased by 72.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,475,000 - a 33.5 percent increase over the $1,105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Indian Hill in May 2021.
