Pricing for the median home in Golf Manor increased during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Golf Manor rose by $13,500 while total sales increased by 66.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 12.7 percent increase over the $106,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Golf Manor in May 2021.
