Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $4,000 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,000 - a 4.5% increase over the $89,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the third quarter of 2018.
