On July 31, Eileen N Winterhalter and Doscher Joseph sold their property at 4902 Fairview Ave., Blue Ash to Andres Pruneda Gonzalez Salas and Mariana Fernandez Salazar for $220,000.

This property is one of 31 sales so far in Blue Ash in July 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Joseph E Doscher, 57, was the only registered voter residing at 4902 Fairview Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
