On Sept. 17, Vickie Asher sold their three bedroom, one bathroom home at 115 Eggerding Drive, Lockland to Stephen J. and April R Hoosier for $170,000.

So far in September 2021, four properties sold in Lockland.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Vickie L Asher (64) has been registered to vote since 2010.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
