The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6226 Elbrook Ave., Golf Manor was sold on Sept. 17 by Reid Relatores for $177,500. The buyer was Ohr Torah Cincinnati.

This home last sold for $119,900 on Feb. 26, 2020.

So far in September 2021, three properties sold in Golf Manor.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 6226 Elbrook Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lakeshia Nicole Hatcher, 45, and Latoya Nicole Hall, 38.
