The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 10885 Carnegie Drive, Forest Park was sold on Sept. 29 by Tara K Biller for $185,000. The buyer was Cincinnati S Optimum Residential Enviroments Inc..

So far in September 2021, 12 properties sold in Forest Park.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Tara K Biller (47) has been registered to vote since 2006.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
