The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 404 Sutton Road, Anderson Township was sold on Sept. 21 by Karen Thomas for $90,000. The buyer was Eunsol Bush.

This home last sold for $30,000 on June 3, 2009.

So far in September 2021, 61 properties sold in Anderson Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 404 Sutton Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Meghan Elizabeth Thomas, 32, and Dwane J Thomas, 51.
