The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 8409 Wexford Ave., Dillonvale was sold on Oct. 5 by Kathleen M. Wietmarschen for $206,000. The buyers were Stephanie E. and Jonathan C. Heard.

This home last sold for $72,400 on Jan. 25, 2011.

So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in Dillonvale as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 8409 Wexford Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bruce B Bens, 63, and Cheryl a Dallas, 55.
