This home last sold for $122,000 on Oct. 2, 2017.

So far in October 2021, 15 properties sold in Springfield Township.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 987 Thunderbird Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mareno Dante Byrd, 42, and Tracey Lynn Berry, 55.
