The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 504 Locust St., Elmwood Place was sold on Oct. 4 by William P. and Waynetta J. McDonald for $189,500. The buyers were Donald and Alexandra Wilson Beck.

So far in October 2021, two properties sold in Elmwood Place.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, William P McDonald has been registered to vote since 2002. Waynetta J McDonald has been registered to vote since 2003.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 504 Locust St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sasha a McDonald, 33, Abygail Lyndsey Frederick, 27, William P McDonald, 62, and Waynetta J McDonald, 58.
