On Oct. 25, Rashad Peterkin purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 5134 Carthage Ave., Norwood from Ohio Valley Real Estate Investments Ltd. for $183,000.

So far in October 2021, 26 properties sold in Norwood.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 5134 Carthage Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Deborah Jean Ruth, 58, and Gene Ruth, 66.
