On Nov. 22, Emily A. Mares purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 3837 Belmont Ave., Fairfax from Andrew Michael Wallace and Samantha Welby Bender for $328,000.

This home last sold for $250,000 on Aug. 3, 2018.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Fairfax as of this publication.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, James Jay Stockton, 58, was the only registered voter residing at 3837 Belmont Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
