The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 11760 Hanover Road, Forest Park was sold on Dec. 6 by Judith M Mohr for $222,000. The buyer was Adhikari Dev B & Maha D Tiwari.

So far in December 2021, eight properties sold in Forest Park.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Judith M Mohr has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 11760 Hanover Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Charles G Mohr, 83, and Judith M Mohr, 79.
