Rising home prices in Mariemont in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Mariemont rose by $17,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 - a 4.4% increase over the $407,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mariemont in November 2020.
