November 2021: Home prices in Indian Hill fell

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Indian Hill fell by $2,225,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $965,000 - a 69.7% decrease over the $3,190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Indian Hill in November 2020, as well.
