On Dec. 8, Douglas A. Dunphy and S Geglein Carolyn sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 805 Cascade Road, Forest Park to Darryl and Terri Underwood Smith for $228,000.

So far in December 2021, 12 properties sold in Forest Park.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Douglas Allen Dunphy has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 805 Cascade Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Douglas Allen Dunphy, 61, and Carolyn S Geglein, 67.
