On Dec. 16, Russell A. Wilder purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 5672 Prosser St., Elmwood Place from Patrick B. Morgan for $92,800.

So far in December 2021, six properties sold in Elmwood Place.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Russell Alan Wilder has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 5672 Prosser St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Hayden P Morgan, 25, and Russell Alan Wilder, 25.
