The three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 9998 Crusader Drive, Northbrook was sold on March 28 by Fordham Investments LLC for $620,000. The buyer was Hlb Investments LLC.

This home last sold for $52,500 on Nov. 17, 2005.

So far in March 2022, 10 properties sold in Northbrook.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 9998 Crusader Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Donald K Watkins, 35, and Nyesha Michelle Livingston, 34.
