Glendale home prices rose in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Glendale rose by $394,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $532,500 - a 284.5 percent increase over the $138,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Glendale in April 2021, as well.
