Home prices decreased in Symmes Township during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Symmes Township fell by $45,000 while total sales increased by 23.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 9.9 percent decrease from the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Symmes Township in April 2021.
