April: Colerain Township experienced a 12.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Colerain Township rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 73.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 12.5 percent increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Colerain Township in April 2021.
