Golf Manor median home prices rose by 38.2% in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Golf Manor rose by $52,550 while total sales decreased by 50 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 38.2 percent increase over the $137,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Golf Manor in April 2021.
