Home prices decreased in St. Bernard during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in St. Bernard fell by $56,500 while total sales decreased by 60 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,000 - a 33.5 percent decrease from the $168,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in St. Bernard in April 2021.
