What happened to the median home price in Cincinnati during May?

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Cincinnati fell by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 10.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 356 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 7.5 percent decrease from the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 396 homes sold in Cincinnati in May 2021.
