The Affiliate members of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC) play a crucial role in advancing the real estate industry. Among these professionals is Kathy Lamb with CMG Home Loans, whose journey reflects dedication, service, and community passion.

Leslie Besl interviewed Doug about his real estate career, expressing gratitude and congratulations to Kathy Lamb for her contributions.

When asked about her tenure with RAGC, Lamb stated she has been a member for about 24 years. She has served on the REALTOR® Affiliate Committee for approximately 12 years. With 32 years in the industry, Lamb began her career when interest rates were decreasing from 10%.

Lamb considers her biggest career achievement to be maintaining time for her family. Additionally, she highlighted Prodigy Title as a significant accomplishment: "Aside from building a company that provides for my family and others, Prodigy has allowed me to build long-lasting relationships with so many great people. We’ve created a company culture where people want to stay for a long time, and we all have the same goal of providing exceptional service."

For those starting in the industry today, Lamb advises: "I’d give the same advice to anyone starting in the industry as myself – do good, honest work, and the rest will fall into place."

In her personal time, Lamb enjoys being with family and friends, waterskiing, fishing, boating, reading books, and solving puzzles.
