The REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC) Young Professionals Network and Membership Services Committee will host an Open House on Tuesday, August 13, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 400 E. Business Way, Sharonville, OH 45241. The event is free but pre-registration is encouraged to ensure adequate food for all attendees.

Participants will have the opportunity to meet the MLS/RAGC staff and explore various RAGC/CincyMLS Committees through a trade show-style session where they can apply to serve on committees. Networking opportunities with peers and fellow members will also be available.

Attendees can enjoy food, refreshments, and door prizes; however, registration is required for door prize drawings. Additionally, a shred truck provided by Royal Document Destruction Company will be onsite for document destruction services.

The event includes a school supply drive called "Push 4 Pencils," in partnership with Crayons to Computers. The initiative aims to collect nearly $2,000 in supplies for teachers and students in need. Donations can be made online or dropped off in person during the Open House. Online donations of $10 or more by August 12 will enter participants into a drawing for a free lunch provided by RAGC for up to ten people. The office that collects the most supplies in-person on August 13 will also receive a free lunch.

Shredding services are sponsored by 1st Inspection Services and A Step Above Flooring and will take place from 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., limited to six-to-eight plastic garbage bags per participant or until the truck is full.

Attendees are reminded to bring shredding materials in plastic bags as boxes cannot be shredded onsite. Only paper documents such as loan documents, canceled checks, tax records, utility bills, personal identification records, legal records, bank statements, credit cards information, insurance documents, pay stubs, medical records, and business forms will be accepted.

Registration is necessary for attendance to ensure enough provisions for everyone.
