Greater Cincinnati sees strong home sales growth in February 2024

The REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati has released its February 2024 home sales data, highlighting a dynamic real estate market in the region. The report shows an increase in home sales across Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont counties despite seasonal challenges.

Tracy Dunne, President of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, remarked on the findings: “We are thrilled to see such a robust performance in our housing market this February. The data indicates a healthy demand for homes in our region and a testament to the hard work of our REALTOR® members, who continue to serve their communities with dedication and expertise. As we move into the spring selling season, we are optimistic about the opportunities for buyers and sellers.”

The report also notes a moderate rise in average selling prices, reflecting market stability and potential value for homeowners in Greater Cincinnati.
