The REALTOR Party has introduced the Three-Way Challenge, an initiative aimed at engaging real estate offices in advocacy efforts. This challenge draws inspiration from Cincinnati's well-known Skyline Chili and seeks to involve participants in activities that support the REALTOR Party's mission of advocating for property rights, homeownership, and the advancement of the real estate profession.

Participants in the challenge are encouraged to complete three main tasks. First, they can host a Government Affairs Presentation by inviting the RAGC Government Affairs Team to discuss advocacy for REALTORS, how the REALTOR Party influences real estate's future, and ways to engage with RPAC and other initiatives.

Secondly, offices are prompted to set an Office Challenge by choosing a goal that enhances their advocacy impact. This could involve increasing RPAC participation or investments, recruiting new advocacy leaders, or challenging another office to join in.

Lastly, hosting a Fun Realtor Party Event is suggested as a way to creatively engage teams while supporting the REALTOR Party. Ideas include themed activities like "Botox & Burgers" or "Bourbon & Buffalo Wings," as well as scavenger hunts or silent auctions.

The challenge aims not only to make a difference by shaping laws and policies affecting REALTORS and property owners but also offers recognition for participating offices. Successful completion will be celebrated on the RAGC website, social media platforms, and newsletters. Additionally, all participants will be invited to an end-of-year party celebrating their efforts. The top-performing office will receive a catered breakfast and bragging rights for 2025.

Offices interested in participating can sign up by contacting Government Affairs Director Mary Huttlinger. The challenge is set to run from January 1 through December 31, 2025.
