The Leadership Academy is now accepting applications for its 2025 program. This initiative aims to enhance leadership skills applicable across various business environments, offering insights into the structure and responsibilities of REALTOR Associations. Participants will also have opportunities to connect with industry leaders.

Past attendees describe the academy as "a transformative experience that equips participants with practical skills, valuable networking opportunities, and the confidence to make an impact in their communities." The program features engaging speakers and topics designed to elevate leadership journeys within the real estate sector.

The academy comprises seven modules starting from April 9, 2025, through October 8, 2025. Sessions cover a range of topics including self-awareness as a leader, transitioning from membership to leadership roles, public speaking training, and global-to-local project presentations.

Tuition for the program is set at $650, with an initial $100 due upon application submission. The remaining balance must be paid by March 15, 2025. Applicants must be members in good standing with their local Association for at least two years and commit fully to all scheduled sessions.

No refunds are available for withdrawals or dismissals; therefore applicants should ensure they can meet all time commitments before applying. Active participation in discussions and exercises is required throughout the course.

For further information or inquiries about the program, Kelsey Panek can be contacted at 513-842-3044 or via email at kpanek@cincyrealtoralliance.com.
