DaVan Gassett of Coldwell Banker Realty has been appointed as the 138th President of the REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati. The installation ceremony took place at the Summit Hotel in Cincinnati on January 10, along with the induction of the organization's 2025 Board of Directors.

Gassett, who obtained his real estate license in 2012, has been actively involved with both the REALTOR Association and the Greater Cincinnati Realtist Association (GCRA). During his installation speech, he emphasized his commitment to inclusivity and engagement within the organization. "I am committed to ensuring that every one of you feels seen, heard, and valued," he stated. He also highlighted his focus on executing a strategic plan grounded in professionalism, inclusivity, and engagement.

His local involvement includes serving as President-elect in 2024 and Treasurer in 2023 for both the REALTOR Alliance and CincyMLS. He was elected to their Board of Directors in 2022 and has participated in various committees such as MLS Users Committee and Professional Standards Committee. Statewide, Gassett is part of several Ohio REALTORS committees and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS Large Board MLS Forum.

Gassett's extensive history with GCRA includes roles such as President from 2020-2021 and Treasurer from 2016-2018. He received awards like the Future Leader Award in 2018 and Horace Sudduth Pioneer Award in 2022. Additionally, he serves on the Ohio Realtist Association Board from 2024-2027.

In addition to Gassett's appointment, other Cincinnati REALTORS were installed into leadership positions within RAGC and CincyMLS Boards. These include Rob Streicher as President-elect, Tracy Dunne as Immediate Past President, Jason Kunkel as Treasurer among others.

The REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati comprises over 5,200 real estate professionals dedicated to upholding a strict Code of Ethics.
