Michelle Billings, a prominent figure in the real estate industry, has been appointed as the 2025 President of Ohio REALTORS. Her installation took place during the Ohio REALTORS Winter Conference on February 3 in Columbus. Billings previously served as the 2019 President of the REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati.

In her installation speech, Billings expressed gratitude for those who supported her journey and outlined her vision for the organization. She emphasized her commitment to advancing the association, empowering its members, and strengthening communities.

Billings credited her mother for instilling values of education and service, which have guided her career. She also acknowledged her children for their support and understanding throughout her professional journey.

Expressing appreciation for colleagues and mentors, she thanked them for recognizing her potential and aiding in her development as a leader. Billings also highlighted the role of The REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati and Coldwell Banker in providing opportunities that prepared her for this leadership position.

She praised Ali's leadership over the past year and looked forward to collaborating with Mic, Joanne, Scott, committee members, volunteers, and staff to advance the association's mission. Addressing Ohio REALTORS members across the state, she acknowledged their role in helping people achieve property ownership dreams.

Quoting Maya Angelou on success, Billings added that true success involves helping others find achievement and belonging. Reflecting on her own path to leadership over 23 years, she underscored that real estate is about creating possibilities beyond transactions.

As President, Billings pledged to ensure homeownership remains accessible to all Ohioans regardless of background or starting point. She concluded by urging collective efforts towards making 2025 a transformative year.
