Fair Housing Grants are available to state and local REALTOR associations for activities that promote fair housing and homeownership opportunities. "Level 2 Fair Housing grants support activities that address fair housing issues in a community," encouraging collaboration with local agencies.
Housing Opportunity Grants assist REALTOR associations in expanding access to affordable housing. Level 2 grants focus on broad-reaching community activities, while Level 3 grants support new or enhanced projects involving non-REALTOR partners.
