Applications are now open for the 2026-2028 Board of Directors positions at the REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC) and CincyMLS. Interested candidates have until June 23, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. to submit their applications.

Candidates must meet specific qualifications to be eligible for the Director role. They need to have been a member in good standing with RAGC for the past three years and demonstrate three years of active participation in local, state, or national committees or advisory groups recognized by the National Association of REALTORS.

Ideal candidates should be actively engaged in the real estate industry through sales, management, property management, or appraisal. The organization is looking for individuals who can adapt to changes, maintain openness to members' needs, and build coalitions within the community.

The Board position requires a commitment from 2026 to 2028. Monthly board meetings start at 9 a.m. and may last until noon, with additional special meetings called as needed. Missing three meetings within a year could lead to removal from the board.

In addition to regular meetings, board members are expected to attend various functions throughout the year. The Credentialing Committee will present a slate of candidates before electronic voting takes place during the RAGC Annual Meeting on October 1, 2025.

Interested parties can apply through the provided application form.
