The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 61 Burley Creek, Greenhills was sold on July 19 by Zachary W. Fink for $103,500. The buyer was Keyairria Angel Walker.

This home last sold on Jan. 15, 2009 for $30,400.

So far in July 2021, six properties sold in Greenhills.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 61 Burley Creek as of Oct. 10, 2020: Seth T Rodden, 32, and Rebecca a Rodden, 33.
