Applications are now open for the 2025 REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC) Board of Directors and will be accepted until June 20, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.
Candidates for Director must meet two qualifications: they must have been a member of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati in good standing for the past three years and have three years of proven participation as a member of a committee, task force/workgroup, or advisory group by the time the director position is assumed.
The application form is available online. RAGC is seeking candidates to fill four Officer positions. Becoming a member of the Board of Directors requires a three-year commitment (2025-2027). If elected President-elect, this commitment extends to five or six years.
Board meetings occur monthly, typically on the third Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with potential special meetings called with three days' notice. Missing three meetings within a rolling 12-month period may result in removal from the Board. Additionally, directors are expected to attend various functions throughout the year, such as Installation Dinners and RPAC events.
The Nominating Committee will select six to eight candidates who will receive campaigning guidelines from RAGC. Four candidates will be elected by membership via electronic voting during the RAGC Annual Meeting in October.
