The REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC) has announced the winners of its annual Circle of Excellence awards, recognizing outstanding residential sales performance among its members. The awards highlight the achievements of REALTORS® and Affiliate members who have demonstrated superior professionalism and distinction in their field.
Angela Kemp, Chair of the Circle of Excellence committee, praised the honorees: “Their hard work and success in a challenging marketplace is – in a word – remarkable. Attaining status as a Circle of Excellence honoree is a testament to your tireless effort and unparalleled commitment to service your client’s needs.”
Among the awardees, Tiffany Allen-Zeuch from Sibcy Cline REALTORS® was named REALTOR® of the Year/Sales for her exemplary professionalism in sales production. Allen-Zeuch has been active in both RAGC and various community groups since 2002.
Stephanie Sudbrack-Busam, also from Sibcy Cline REALTORS®, received the REALTOR® of the Year – Manager award for her leadership in office management. With 31 years as a manager, she leads over 80 agents and has served on numerous committees within the organization.
The Oyler-Hines Group from Coldwell Banker Realty was recognized as the Top Residential Team for their leadership and commitment to promoting homeownership. Julie Back from Sibcy Cline REALTORS® earned the Top Residential Agent award for achieving the highest gross commission income for nine consecutive years.
Steve Casper from Kopf Hunter Haas REALTORS® received the Lifetime Achievement Award for his more than 52 years of service to the real estate industry and community. Casper has held significant positions including President of local and state REALTOR associations.
Gina Dubell-Smith from eXp Realty was honored with the Good Neighbor Award for her impact on her community through her involvement with The Art League of Loveland. RAGC will donate $500 to The Art League in her name.
Stef Adams from Guaranteed Rate was named Affiliate of the Year for her contributions to RAGC through committee participation and education efforts focused on renovation financing.
