The REALTOR Alliance of Greater Cincinnati (RAGC) has highlighted the contributions of Nick Perrino, a long-standing affiliate member and professional in the real estate industry. Perrino is associated with Prodigy Title Agency and has been part of RAGC for approximately 24 years.
Leslie Besl conducted an interview with Perrino, discussing his extensive career in real estate, which spans 32 years. Reflecting on his journey, Perrino stated, "I started when rates were coming down from 10%."
Throughout his time with RAGC, Perrino has served on the Realtor Affiliate Committee for about 12 years. He expressed pride in balancing professional achievements with personal commitments: "Having time for my family. Also, Prodigy Title—Aside from building a company that provides for my family and others, Prodigy has allowed me to build long-lasting relationships with so many great people."
When asked about advice he would give to those starting in the business today, Perrino emphasized integrity and diligence: "Do good, honest work, and the rest will fall into place."
In his personal life, Perrino enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as engaging in activities like waterskiing, fishing, boating, reading books, and solving puzzles.
