The 2024 graduates of the RAGC and SOAR Leadership Academy have been announced. These professionals completed a seven-month leadership development program aimed at enhancing their careers and contributing to the real estate industry through effective leadership.

The Leadership Academy is recognized for nurturing future leaders in real estate. Participants engage in immersive training to develop leadership skills, enhance association knowledge, and learn to transform connections into action. This year's graduates are equipped with tools and insights to make significant contributions to their communities.

The graduates include Allison Hamilton from Comey & Shepherd Realtors, Marcus Parrish from Keller Williams Advisors, Amanda Gibbs from Coldwell Banker Heritage/Women’s Council of Realtors Cincinnati Area, Jessica Bush from ERA REAL Solutions Realty, Inc., Jennifer Moralde from North Star Realty, Mary Barrera from Comey & Shepherd, Cincinnati, and Annette Pegis from Comey & Shepherd Realtors.

These individuals showed commitment to growing as leaders within the real estate sector. Their journey involved learning about different leadership styles through DISC assessments, mastering communication strategies, and understanding advocacy and the REALTOR® Party's political influence.

In addition to leadership training, the graduates collaborated with RAGC and SOAR leadership to understand the association's vision and challenges. They enhanced their public relations skills, learned media communication techniques, and explored leading in a diverse international market.

With these new skills, the 2024 Leadership Academy graduates are ready for greater roles in their careers and communities. As they advance professionally, they are expected to inspire future leaders.

Congratulations are extended to the Leadership Academy Class of 2024 for their achievements.
